Raised in Media, Pennsylvania, Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Pennsylvania State University before launching his career in hotel guest services. Over the years, he has held leadership positions in operations, guest relations, and hospitality management, building a reputation for excellence in customer service, team leadership, and destination marketing.

After making Puerto Rico his home, Robert became an active leader in the island’s hospitality sector, collaborating with hotel owners, tourism organizations, event planners, and local businesses to strengthen the visitor experience. He is recognized for his people-first leadership approach, dedication to operational excellence, and commitment to promoting sustainable tourism.

Beyond his professional career, Robert enjoys sailing, photography, hiking, staying active, and discovering the diverse flavors of Caribbean cuisine. He also supports community efforts focused on youth education, workforce development, and preserving Puerto Rico’s rich cultural heritage.
